Had done a lot of investigation first. This chain has a very poor reputation for customer service and high-pressure sales tactics so I did not want to even go in there. However we found a very nice young salesman who was respectful, helpful and honest with us. Result was we purchased a new mattress. We felt that having done a load of information gathering first helped in the process and being realistic about the industry and the quality available in 2019 resulted in the way we were treated. We got a good deal.
